The HOME and AWAY team captains in Division 1 are required under Rule 9e to complete a report about the performance of both umpires whether the away umpire is an appointed panel umpire or not. The Exec will have the power to impose fines – both financial and deduction of League points in accordance with the following schedule.
For the first breach – a fine of £20. For the second and subsequent breach – a fine of £20 and a deduction of two League points increasing by two additional points for each additional breach i.e. third breach 4pts, fourth breach 6pts – in no case shall penalty points be imposed so as to reduce to zero the total points gained by a side in a match.
To display and print the Team Sheet click on the image to the right. There is a front and back to the Team Sheet and both are required to be completed.
Please remember that Team Sheets for both Home and Away teams are required to be exchange before the toss (Rule 10b). When filling in the players names please enter the first and last names in full, no initials, so that they can be identified in Play-Cricket when the scorecards are entered. Captains must complete and sign the reverse.
